Magnaflux SKC-I is an NDT-approved solvent cleaner and remover, used for pre-cleaning surfaces prior to non-destructive testing. It also removes excess surface penetrant from the inspection area before developer is applied during liquid penetrant testing.

Magnaflux SKC-I is an NDT-approved solvent cleaner and remover. Spotcheck SKC-S is used as a cleaner/remover in the penetrant inspection process.
Magnaflux SKD-S2
SPOTCHECK SKD-S2 is a bright white, non-aqueous developer that provides an opaque background for high-contrast penetrant testing. It rapidly draws out penetrant, enhancing indication visibility and improving inspection sensitivity and reliability.
Magnaflux ZL-27A(ZYGLO)
Post-emulsifiable ZL-27A PE is a Level 3, high-sensitivity Type 1 penetrant designed for inspections which require maximum process control and reliability, such as safety-critical aerospace testing. Because ZL-27A PE is not water-soluble, it resists being washed out of fine or shallow defects, reducing the risk of over-washing and ensuring maximum reliability in penetrant inspection.
Magnaflux ZYGLO ZP4B
Zyglo® ZP-4B Dry Powder Developer is applied to the test surface after the part has been thoroughly dried. It can be applied by dusting, spraying, dust clouding, or dipping. However, dipping is the least recommended method, as it may cause indication smearing and can lead to quick contamination of the developer with fluorescent particles.
Magnaflux Zyglo Zp4b
ZP-4B is a free flowing, white, fluffy powder used as a high sensitivity dry powder developer for penetrant inspection. It is supplied ready to use and forms a thin film on parts which enables it to enhance indications of ultra-fine discontinuities.
